Dalian Jinding Petroleum & Chemical Machinery Co., Ltd (Dalian Jingding Installation Engineering Co., Ltd) is a joint venture enterprise with independent Legal Representative. Since starting to manufacture the pressure vessel in 1987, it has obtained a2/A3 level pressure vessel design which, the manufacture, the installment permission certificate by General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of the People's Republic of China, the certificate number respectively is TS1210184-2008, TS2210443-2010, and TS2210160-2009. At the present time, we are specializing in spherical tank design, manufacture and installation. The order quantity is approximately 20000 tons each year, the yearly output value reaches to 100,000,000 Yuan and the net profit is over 10,000,000 Yuan. The company has advanced technique and skill in solid spherical tank design, manufacture and installation, its specialized degree in this field is rather high and the products are widely sold in domestic market. In recent years, the spherical tank output volume has been the highest among similar products and the quality has already reached international advanced level.
The company covers a total area of 150,000 square meters with building area of 28,807 square meters, which consists of a spherical tank workshop of 17000m2, a vessel workshop of 4000 m2, a Machine workshop of 2500m2, a crack detection room of 280m2, a physicochemical laboratory of 500m2 and a foundry room of 4527m2.
We have a total member of 350 workers including 35 skilled technicians. Our 10 senior engineers have engaged in pressure vessel design, manufacture, installation and examination works for a long time, which ensures them comprehensive and specialized pressure vessel knowledge as well as related regulations, and also offers them the capacity of solving the complex problems. Our 36 certified boiler pressure vessel welders could definitely meet the production needs.
Equipped with more than 159 sets of major machines, we hold two 1500T hydraulic presses, one 2000T hydraulic press, the bending machine, automatic welding machine, argon arc welding machine, automatic cutter and C5116, C650, T68 and so on, which is essential to produce pressure vessel. These sufficient facilities provide all appliances for spherical tank manufacture and installation.
The company possesses many checking and testing instruments for pressure vessel manufacturing and installing needs. For example: 60 ton stretch testing machine, X-ray crack detection machine, crack detection instruments like supersonic and magnetic powder, etc. we have three ¢ó Level non-destructive inspectors, seven II Level non-destructive inspectors, four III Level physics and chemistry persons and that definitely ensures the quality of all productions.  ¡£

We are a professional company specializing in design, manufacture, installation of the spherical tank, the capacity of manufacture and installation of spherical tank numbered 25000 tons each year. At present, we have accomplished each kind of specification spherical tanks over 900 Pcs since our establishment; the mixed model spherical tank reached 300 Pcs, orange segment model spherical tank reached 500 Pcs.and the volume of Spherical tank accumulated 50m3~10000m3 (Our company is the only company which has the capacity of manufacturing 10,000m3 spherical tanks including 6 natural gases spherical tanks, 11 butane spherical tanks, 17 in total), the thickness of the shell plate is from 12mm to 54mm; material filling : Ethylene, propylene, oxygen, nitrogen, liquid ammonia, liquefied petroleum gas, vinyl chloride as well as natural gas and so on; the shell materials : 16MnR, WH510, WH530, SPV355N, SPV490Q, IE537-2, 07MnCrMoVR, (07MnNiMoVDR), WEL-TEN610CF, JFE-HITEN610U2 (L), 15MnNbR ( 15MnNiNbDR) and so on. In order to improve the product quality we have taken measures as following:
First, according to international rules, shell pieces curvature gap inspection need 2m model, Our Company inspected with 3m model, the model and the spherical tank plate gap was not be bigger than 2mm, while 3nm was required by international rules;
Second, our company produces the shell pieces has the same specification; between one set and the other may exchange with the belt;
Third, the completion documents of the Spherical tank managed by computer.
Fourth, after the spherical shell steel plate come into use, besides 100% ultrasonic wave re-check, rust and scale removal are also needed.

(1) We have manufactured 7 sets of 1,000,000T ethylene installation for China Petroleum & Chemical Corporation Maoming branch, two of which are delivered ahead of time, obtaining the ethylene installation headquarters¡¯commendation;
(2) Fushun Petrochemical Corporation fabricated an 115,000T Ethylene spherical tank project in 1990, but 26 spherical tanks about 2500 ton spherical pieces¡¯ curvature was out-of-tolerance which imported from Yugoslavia. The equipment was finally used by our endeavor repairing, received the Fushun Petrochemical Corporation s' commendation and award, also gained the Bra zilian experts¡¯approval.
(3)We have fabricated 600,000T ethylene project for Sino- pec including 10 spherical tanks, 6 ethylene spherical tanks of 1500m3, 2 propylene spherical tanks of 2000m3, 1 propylene spherical tank of 1000m3, 1 C4 spherical tank of 2000m3.

(4)In the year 2004, 2 10000m3 natural gas spherical tanks which manufactured for Chongqing Gas Group won Chongqing Municipal government second  prize of science& technology progress.
(5) The 4000m3 light naphtha mixed style spherical tank which for Zhenhai in 1995 is the most large diameter spherical tank in china, adopted the mixed style structure, broke through the spherical shell length must be below 10m critical restriction. Our design and production process requested to be higher than the national standards, finally assembled in our factory successfully. (6) In 2003, the 10000m3 butane spherical tank which made for the Guangzhou Huakai Petroleum Gas Co., Ltd is the biggest spherical tank designed and manufactured absolutely by our country. (7) 4 ethylene spherical tanks manufactured for Jilin Petrochemical Company ethylene project, the spherical shell material is JFE-HITEN610U2L, the temperature for design requires - 50¡æ, this project demands the highest spherical tanks to be (domestic initiative, the left figure). We established a specialist group, overcoming kinds of difficulties and delivered the goods ahead of time.
